PERSONAL INFORMATION
Dr. Crosslin is a native of Kentucky. He was born in Michigan, but was raised in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. His wife, Carol, is a veterinarian and he has two children, Morgan and Rawley.

EDUCATION
Dr. Crosslin did his undergraduate work at the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee graduating with honors and earning a degree as Bachelor of Arts in Religion. He attended Wayne State
University in Detroit, Michigan where he earned his M.D. His post graduate training was performed at the University of Kentucky where he was trained in the specialty of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He served as Chief Resident of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1997.

EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE
Dr. Crosslin has been in private practice in Somerset, Kentucky since the fall of 1999. Prior to that, he was in private practice for 2 years in Auburn, Alabama while his wife attended veterinary school. Upon moving to Somerset, Dr. Crosslin passed his third set of boards and attained his board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology

PROFESSIONAL SOCIETIES AND ACTIVITIES
Dr. Crosslin recently completed his term as Chief of Staff at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. In 2003 he served as chairman of the Credentials and Bylaws Committee as Chief-Of-Staff Elect as well as occupying a seat on the Medical Executive Committee for the second straight year. He served as Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology during 2002. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Lake Cumberland Physicians' Network as well as the National Advisory Council for Perinatal Risk Management for Lifepoint Hospitals. He has also recently served on the Quality Control Committees of both Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital as well as the Lake Cumberland Physicians' Network. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the American Medical Association, Kentucky Medical Association, Pulaski County Medical Society, as well as a member of the Somerset-Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce. He remains active in teaching the next generation of physicians and is pleased to serve as an associate professor of clinical sciences at Pikeville College of Osteopathic Medicine.

HOBBIES
Dr. Crosslin enjoys time on his boat, the Ecce Quam Bonum, during the summer and he also enjoys working with his two English Setters, Copper and Rook, out in the field hunting birds. His newest project is a young female English Setter named Belle.
