Tara Horn, M.D.

Dr. Horn was born in Ashland, KY and grew up in Inez, KY. She graduated from Sheldon Clark High School as valedictorian in 1992 and received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from Morehead State University in 1996. She attended the University of Louisville School of Medicine and received her Doctorate of Medicine in 2000. She has completed her postgraduate training at the University of Tennessee in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is board eligible. She is married to Dan Yeast who is an attorney with the firm Travis, Pruitt, Powers and Yeast in Somerset.
